Fourth Plain Community Commons will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, Sept. 23. This multipurpose space, made possible in part by the City’s Affordable Housing Fund, will serve as a community resource hub and small business incubator for the Fourth Plain area. The Commons features a commercial kitchen, indoor public event and shared office space, and an outdoor event space. The upper floors consist of 106 units of affordable housing managed by the <a class=”focusable” href=”https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https://t.e2ma.net/click/8jgzle/khut8e/cbgsqn
